Exposure to has hematotoxic effects on blood cell values, such pancytopenia. cases of cytopenia that cannot be explained, smear evaluation usually confirmation test and extra diagnostic help. The purpose this study was see how benzene inhalation affected examination in white male rats (Rattus novergicus) the Wistar strain. True experimental design with simply post-test control group. A total 20 were separated into four groups. non-benzene exposure group (K-) served negative control. treatment groups ("P1, P2, P3") given at concentrations 1, 10, 100 parts per million, respectively. lasted 28 days, 8 hours day, 5 days week. results achieved by counting rat cells examining their morphology under microscope, after which an average number calculated. Research Discussion According ANOVA Kruskal-Wallis test, neutrophils monocytes increased dramatically, whereas lymphocytes declined.
